About
Signal is a small journal — five languages, one editorial voice, no algorithm. It collects what's actually worth reading on AI: weekly news with judgment, hands-on field notes, and the occasional long-form essay.
It is published by the team at Orpheus, an AI hearing platform that turns spoken words into searchable, translatable text in 100+ languages. Building Orpheus put us deep inside the AI stack every day, and Signal is where we share what we see from the inside — the technology, the players, and the ideas worth paying attention to.
What you'll find here
- Weekly — three to five items from the past week in AI, each with a one-paragraph "so what."
- Essays — longer pieces on building, working, and thinking with AI.
- Field notes — practical tutorials from things we've built.
How it's made
Signal is built on Next.js and deployed on Cloudflare. Content lives in plain Markdown files in a Git repo — open, durable, portable. The codebase is intentionally simple so that the writing can be the point.
Signal over noise. Thanks for reading.
